G&W application called. The applicant is present along with his learned counsel. The respondents are present. Minor Suriya is also present. Minor Suriya submitted an application stating therein that she apprehends threats to her life at the hands of her maternal uncle and requested that she be sent with her grandfather. Accordingly, the minor is handed over to the applicant Ghulam Qadir, subject to furnishing a PR Bond in the sum of Rs.500,000/-, with the direction to produce the minor before this Court on each date of hearing, if and when required.
