Let the writ of possession of the suit property i.e. Plot No.D-141, admeasuring 240 sq. yards, situated at Gulshan-e-Roomi, Gulistan-e-Johar (Extension), Karachi be issued with directions to Nazir that if at the time of execution of writ of possession, the defendants/JDs show any stay order of Honorable Appellate Court then not to execute writ of possession and obtain the copy of the same and produced before the Court on the date of hearing. Nazir of this Court is further directed to get execute the Sale Deed in respect of the suit property in favour of the Plaintiff/DH on behalf of the defendant NO.2/JD. Nazir Fee is fixed @ Rs.15,000/= which shall be paid by the Plaintiff/DH. There would be no order as to cost. Put off to 29.10.2022 for compliance |
