The Honourable PO is on Summer Vacation. This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Luqman Magsi advocate, on behalf of applicant/accused Safeer Ali S/o Abdul Ghaffar by Caste Kunbhar in Crime No.215/2026 of PS Kamber City for offence 392, 34 PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicant/accused in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Applicant/accused are further directed to join investigation/trial. Applicant/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before this Court. Put off to 06.08.2026, for confirmation or otherwise. Applicant/accused has furnished the required surety, which is provisionally accepted by this Court. Issue notice to DPP for the state and call for police papers. |
